The Big Bad Wolf and Fat Loss
A Cherokee elder sitting with his grandchildren told them, "In every life there is a terrible fight - a fight between two wolves. One is evil: he is fear, anger, envy, greed, arrogance, self-pity, resentment and deceit. The other is good: joy, serenity, humility, confidence, generosity, truth, gentleness, and compassion." A child asked, "Grandfather, which wolf will win?" The elder looked him in the eye. "The one you feed." Great question. Which wolf are you feeding? Are you feeding the good wolf, or the bad one? Did you have a great workout today, or did you just go through the motions? Did you even work out today? How long has it been since your last training session? Are your training sessions the same week in and week out? Have you hit a plateau? Do you remember the goals that you set? That is the true essence of achieving something greater. When we make the goals to lose weight, tone up or get in shape then we are feeding the good wolf. Remember that theses goals must be written down for them to count. Until you write them down, they are only an idea. Writing them down does two things. First it makes them tangible. And second, if they are tangible, then not only can you touch them, but you can reach for them and grab a hold of them with all your might! So, writing your goals is how you start feeding the good wolf; to continue to feed the good wolf, you must take action. Thinking about it won't make it happen. Try these tips to keep the big bad wolf starving out of his mind. 1) Make a journal of everything that you eat. When written on paper, then there is a measure of accountability. Even if you "cheat," write it down. Research has shown that you will have much more success this way. Dedication is the goal, not perfection. 2) Plan your attack. If you have a day planner or use a pocket PC, then schedule in advance when you are going to work out. When you have a plan, then you will make time for it instead of not having time for it. 3) Always chart your results. You always balance your check book at the end of the month, right? That way you know what money you have spent and/or saved. The same goes for your goals. Measure your waist, chest/bust, hips, thighs and arms to see that good things are happening. This will keep you excited and ready for more action! Keep training hard, stay focused and after aplying these tips your good wolf will end up fat and happy!

We oftentimes hear the description "ageless" to someone who at the prime of his years still looks young, healthy, and full of energy. Everybody wants that, being in tiptop shape in those prime years. The search for that legendary "fountain of youth continues with the relentless efforts medical science to look lengthen the lives of human beings. Yes, anti aging is possible and maintaining that youthful look and unstoppable energy can be done. Since the time of ancient civilizations, the search for that secret to staying young has always been of great importance and as time progressed with huge milestones in science and technology in the field of diseases and genetics, the quality of humankind's health has tremendously improved leading to an increased life expectancy.
